Our Story
Coquitlam Mold Removal was founded in 2017 by IICRC-certified mold remediation technicians who had spent years working for national franchise companies and kept seeing the same problem: homeowners getting generic service from people who didn't know their community, their climate, or their housing stock.
We started in Coquitlam — the community we live in. Our promise from day one was simple: assess accurately, remediate to IICRC S520 standard, fix the moisture source so mold doesn't return, and handle the insurance so our customers don't have to.
Nine years later, we've completed over 2,600 mold assessments and remediations across Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the wider Metro Vancouver region. Every job follows IICRC S520, includes third-party clearance testing, and is backed by our local reputation.
